Each window and door has an enabled sensor, and certain rooms have motion detectors that are enabled by physical wires, WiFi, Z-Wave, or UPB (Universal Power Bus).
No need to pay a third party as the system will alert you and others by email, text, call, or any combination for any of these events + 100’s more:
- Power failure
- Any water, fire, or burglar alarm is triggered.
- Water leaks
- Heat or temperature sensor
- Any keypad has been activated (ENABLED or DISABLED)
- Automatically or manual from anywhere turn on or off (open/close) any light, sprinkler, air conditioner, valve, relay, door, poison control center to deposit poison, pump, alarm, and just about anything electric.
- One or more camera activation, and motion detection sets off alarms and/or records the events
Here is an example. You are away on vacation, and you forgot to shut off the main water line. Simply open your cell phone and log in and shut it off. Then later that night someone tries to open a window- all the outside lights turn on automatically, the siren blasts an alert, and also speaks “the master bedroom window violated, Warning you have entered a home protected by a security system, the police have been notified. Leave immediately. Red warning lights flash, email and text alerts are sent to you immediately for you to take action, log into your cameras or contact the police.
